Overview

LA Relaxed LLC offers a 20-day refund window for unused interior design services booked through larelaxed.pro. Returns or cancellations made more than 20 days after booking are ineligible for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your service must:
  • Remain unused (e.g., consultation not conducted, design plans not delivered).
  • Be canceled within 20 days of the original booking date.
Non-Refundable Services:
  • The $29.9–$59.9 pre-booking consultation fee (unless service is canceled by LA Relaxed LLC).
  • Services partially or fully completed (e.g., delivered design concepts, finished consultation sessions).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:
  • 50% refund if services are canceled after the consultation but before design drafts are delivered.
  • 25% refund if design drafts are provided but no revisions are requested.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email lham@larelaxed.pro within 20 days, including your booking number and reason for cancellation.
  2. RA Number: We will issue a return authorization (RA) number within 1 business day.
  3. Physical Materials Return: If applicable, send design samples or printed materials to:

  4. Inspection & Refund: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for physical materials.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for high-value items—LA Relaxed LLC is not liable for lost returns.

Damaged/Misdelivered Items

Report damaged or incorrect physical materials (e.g., fabric samples) within 48 hours of receipt via email. Include photos of the issue for a replacement or full refund (shipping covered by us).

Exchanges

We only exchange physical design materials (e.g., sample swatches) if they are defective or damaged. Email lham@larelaxed.pro with your order details to initiate an exchange.

Gifts

  • Marked as Gift: You will receive a store credit via email once the return is processed.
  • Not Marked as Gift: Refund is issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Sale Items

Services purchased at a promotional discount are final sale and ineligible for return.
