This policy applies to physical design materials (e.g., fabric samples, printed plans) ordered as part of our interior design services.

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days after design approval.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 days via USPS First-Class Mail (domestic U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 days via FedEx 2Day (additional $19.99 fee).
  • Tracking: Confirmation email with tracking number sent upon dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $50: $7.99 flat fee.
  • Orders $50–$99.99: $4.99 flat fee.
  • Orders $100+: Free standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping: $19.99 flat fee (all order values).

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ships to all 50 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes accepted for standard shipping (expedited may be unavailable).
  • No international shipping currently offered.

Address Changes

Request address changes within 12 hours of booking. Changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for trace or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos for replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping is customer responsibility unless due to our error.
  • Use trackable shipping for returns; we are not liable for lost packages.
