Agreement Acceptance
By booking interior design services from larelaxed.pro (operated by LA Relaxed LLC), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your booking confirmation email or signed service contract constitutes official acceptance.
Billing Terms
- One-Time Service Model: All design services (consultations, space planning, revisions) are single transactions. No subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring charges apply.
- Billing Description: Charges on your statement will appear as larelaxed.pro.
- Consultation Fee: A non-refundable $29.9–$59.9 fee secures your consultation slot, applied to final costs if services proceed.

To confirm your booking:

Service Deliverables
- Consultations: 60–90-minute sessions (virtual/in-person) with written recommendations.
- Design Plans: Mood boards, floor plans, and vendor lists delivered within 5–7 business days.
- Revisions: 2 free rounds; additional revisions billed hourly ($50–$300).
Intellectual Property
Design concepts and plans are for client use only. LA Relaxed LLC retains the right to use anonymized project photos for marketing with client consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect costs (e.g., furniture delays, contractor errors). Total liability per claim is capped at the service fee paid.
Governing Law
Governing law: North Carolina. Disputes resolved in Cumberland County courts.
